Oh, the dimples. And that grin... and the handsome blue eyes. He's gonna break a few hearts some day.

One month ago today this little guy turned 5. Briggs is a sweet, kind and tender-hearted little boy with a fierce loyalty to Porter and an undying love for entertaining Ford.

He is a great big brother.

He's the one who's always cracking up and making jokes. Talking in funny voices and making silly faces. He's the comedic relief around here and we all love him for it.

He's a reader. He loves to read and is so good at it.

He loves games more than just about anything else. His favorites are Magic Feather (thanks Heather), Blokus and Slap Jack. All of which he's really good at.

He loves Legos and building. Bridger loves to play with friends and is always trying to please other people.

Bridger still hates potatoes...in almost any form except chips. He's also not a fan of chocolate. Not a huge fan of cake. But he loves ice cream, strawberries, and carrots.

He's still a bit accident prone (hence the reason he spent most of our vacation in Oregon with an enormous goose egg on his head). But he is getting better balance and starting to realize that maybe he does have limits... but he pushes those limits to their breaking points!

He only asked for two things for his birthday, a scooter and a stuffed frog. He is a huge fan of all things that he can sleep with. Get the kid a blanket and a new stuffed animal and he'll go crazy.

Can't believe it's been more than 5 years since this cutie came to us. He's such a fun kid and an essential part to our little family.
