out of the mouth of my babes

While helping Porter get dressed (pulling up his pants to be precise) he starts singing,
"Lift your boys, lift your boys, LIFT YOUR BOYS!"
After I picked myself up off the floor and stopped laughing so hard I could finally breathe, I called to Kyle to figure out where it came from. Apparently there's a primary song "Lift your voice". It's good to know that he pays some attention in Primary.

Going back through the blog and looking at previous posts, we came to the photos of me when I was very pregnant with Bridger. I asked Porter what was in my tummy. He wasn't sure and when I told him that Bridger was in my tummy he stated very emphatically, "Spit him out!"

Bridger trying to sing Ring around the Rosies... "Ring around da rosie, Popcorn tree, Popcorn tree, ashes ashes, all fall down!"

Porter trying to sing... "Tinkerbell, Tinkerbell, Tinker all the way"
Porter asked Kyle if he could give our tithing to the "Spaceship" after sacrament.

Porter: "We do happy, we don't do sad."

Oh yes! Lift Up Your Voice and Sing. You sing it louder and louder every time :) He's got it! Those boys are at the cutest ages!!

I was going to say it must be "Rejoice, The Lord Is King" where the chorus says, "Lift up your voice, lift up your voice, rejoice again I say, rejoice." Which totally works with "boys" as well. Funny.

My new motto might just become "We do happy. We don't do sad."
I should stitch that on a pillow or something.
